Wanji Holding Group Graphite Product Co., Ltd.ï¼Wanji Graphiteï¼was established in 2003, with a registered capital of CNY100 million, itâs one of the subsidiaries of Wanji Holding Group Co., Ltd. Our company is located in Wanji Industrial Zone, Xinâan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, P.R.China, occupying a land area of 180, 000 square meters, having 582 employees, including 52 technical personnel with intermediate and senior title. Wanji Graphite is 40km away from Luoyang airport, 600km from Tianji port and bordered by Lianhuo Expressway, national Highway 310 and Longhai Railway to the north. We have convenient transportation and favorable geographical position, as well as beautiful environment.Wanji Graphite has an annual capacity of 50000 tons of graphtized cathod blocks and 5000 tons of graphtized electrode. The company was constructed in two phases. The first-phase project has an annual capacity of 20, 000 tons , which started to be built in July 2003 and was completed in July 2005, with a total invesment of 380 million yuan. The second-phase project has an annual capacity of 30, 000 tons, which started to be built in 2008 and was completed in 2011, with a total investment of 620 million yuan. Our company is the first who developed, designed and set up the first domestic professional scaled aluminum graphitized cathode production line in China, together with Guiyang Aluminum Magnesium Design & Research Institute and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and broke the technology monopoly and blockade of western countries in the production of graphitized cathodes for aluminium electrolysis cell. We adopted many advanced technologies and imported equipment, such as vibrating forming machines from Germany KHD, internal lengthwise graphitization furnaces, coordinated sawing and milling machines set for machining carbon blocks, etc. We have managed to set up domestic first-rate lab with testing equipment imported from a Swiss company, R&D carbon Ltd and the whole production line ranking is first in the leading domestic level. With the advanced equipments and the strict management, Wanji Graphite has produced qualified products that meet international standards, and ended the history of lacking of aluminum graphitized cathode block quality standard in China.
