Such plants designed and manufactured by our company can be used to refine waste tires & plastics into fuel oils and carbon black.The theory of transferring waste tires into production fuel and carbon black by means of catalytic cracking under normal pressure is to break the molecule chain into smaller ones under certain conditions .Normally this will happen under high temperature and pressure ,which is a very complicated and costly process. To solve the problem, catalyst is used to get the same reaction , this is called cracking under normal pressure .The overall transfer rate depends on the materials: 40-50% for car and tractor tires; 30-40% for motor and bicycle tires.1 ton of crude carbon black is accompanied with 1 ton of fuel .Final carbon black is 80% of crude carbon black.
