Our company West Mobilya was found in 1992 and served branded Turkey with TV tables and Home Audio Set cupboards for long years. West Mobilya is one of the pioneers in turkish modular furnishing. Our Company became a good example for many other turkish furniture manufacturers by abiding the world norms in furnishing technologies, using only modern machines on our machine parcour and always renewing ourselves.We hold 31 Endustry Design Registrations and 2 Useful Design Registrations,for another 10 products the application for registration is made .Our Company includes the departments Management, Marketing,Customer Relations&Foreign Marketing, Planing, Purchase, Accounting, Ordering,Shipping, Research & Improvement and Production Area.In time our production changed from TV tables and cupboards in Bedroom-,Youthroom-,Dining room- and Livingroom furniture. Our production space consists 5.000 m2 of indoor area.The monthly production of our Company is 15.000 m2 paneel furniture and 300 sets of Living room furniture. We have 60 employees and 80 franchisers all around the country. All the same we work with experienced architects and engineers to guarantee the quality and the practical and estethical worth of our furniture. We pay a lot of attention to useful and securing details and renew frequently our engineering.For the trunk and gates of modular furniture we use 18 mm melamin coated chipboard and 0,40 mm furniture edge banding . Behind the cupboards 8 mm melamin coated chipboard is used. On gate surfaces, glas frames, cupboard upper trunks, table and desks we use finishfolio coated MDF profiles. The setup of our furniture is done standing and with binding minifix elements from Blum Austria. The glass and mirror units we use are a product from Sisecam. The shipment of our goods is done in 2 wave paper boxes and with setup instructions of europe standart. The trunk of an armchair contains 3 materials. Metalbox profil, chipboard,beech and poplar. In our production we use, depending on the model, sponge with the densities 20D, 28D, 32D and fabrics the customer demands or from our own portfolio.In our machine parcour there are Biesse edge banding machines, Ott edge banding machines, Seton paneel sizing machine, Biesse multislot machines.
