We are finders, that is we arrange introductions for buyers, sellers, borrowers, and investors. We make the introductions after all parties to the transaction sign our finders fee agreement. All agreements are place into an escrow account open by the parties to the transactions and paid for by them, not us. We will arrange for escrows to be open for each transaction in a licensed escrow company in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. We are paid via the escrow account upon the closing of the transaction. In addition, the escrow company will assure that all parties to the transaction are paid if they place their agreements with principals to the transaction into the escrow. This includes all brokers, intermediaries, and finders. We do not negotiate terms for the parties involved in the transaction, nor do we engage in the buying and selling of securities.
