Established in 2006, our history should trace back to bag processing factory from 1998 to 2009, during this period,we produced bags for many international famous brand through trade company, such as Sports Direct, Auchan, Footlocker, Tesco, and so on. Due to financial crisis, processing factory closed at the end of 2009 and re-open at the beginning of 2011 under the support of our 80% prior staffs from prior bag processing factory, and named it Quanzhou Huipeng Bags Co.,Ltd. Who mainly produce school bag collections, PU leather bags, laptop bags, travel bags, sports and leisure bags,and so on. Now, it has 5,000 square meters workshop, 5 production lines with 125 sets sewing machines, total 130 staffs, 4 professional designers. Also has a branch factory that 10,000 square meters workshop, 11 production lines with 275 sets sewing machines, total 280 staffs. That is to say we total have 15000 square meters workshop,400 staffs,16 production lines.Usually we offer prompt delivery within 50 to 55 days. Monthly capacity 300,000pcs, total annual sales US$12,000,000 - US$15,000,000. Our design team release 3~5 items of new bag designs every week. OEM&ODM business are welcome. All our operations are ISO 9001 2008 certified standard. There are 40 online QC/QA and 5 general QC to control the quality. Quality control department is an unattached unit which enhances production techniques to minimize future defects. We scrutinize raw materials before mass production. QC inspections are conducted on materials cutting, sewing, assembly and packing. A final random inspection is performed before shipment.
