Headquartered in Qingdao, Xinlai Co., Ltd. is a sub-company of Laigang Construction Co., Ltd., which is a 100% subsidiary company of Laiwu Steel Group Co., Ltd. (Laigang). Established in Nov. 18, 2002, we are mainly engaged in three fields including real estate development, general contract of projects and material distribution and export trade. We possess 3 departments, 12 branches, 14 subsidiary companies, and hold shares of seven other companies. Xinlai Co., Ltd. has obtained ISO9001 quality system certificate, and enjoys many national honors such as first-grade qualification of general contract for smelt construction engineering, first-grade qualification of total contract for house construction engineering, and first-grade qualification of professional contract for steel structure project. Also, we have been awarded as "AAA-Grade Credit Enterprise of Chinese Construction Industry", "Unit of Obeying Contract and Respecting Credit", and "Civilized Enterprise of Chinese Construction Steel Structure Industry". Besides, our company has been recognized by China Construction Metal Structure Association as an appointed enterprise for the manufacture and installation of construction steel structure engineering. The projects designed and constructed by Laigang Construction Co., Ltd. were awarded honorary titles by the National and Provincial Ministries. Relying on Laigang's raw material resources, totally 7 Steel Structure Fabrication Factories were built in Jinan, Qingdao, Zibo, Weihai, Dongguan, and Xi'an, therefore, we are capable of manufacturing 150 thousand tons of steel structure products annually. Our products have been exported to Japan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, as well as European and American markets. We also deal with factory construction, public facilities, civil constructions, high buildings and modern mansions. In recent three years, our accumulated amount of structural steelwork processing volume has reached 277,000 tons, achieving a total value of RMB 3.1 billion.The number of our employee reaches 3200, management and technical staff reaches 1060, and number of skilled workers is around 2100. Besides, we have 29 first-level and 85 second class project managers. Also, two national leveled industry experts are in our company, and we have more than 30 professional managers of different specialty, and 130 other talents.
