Xuzhou Jinguan Industrial Fabrics Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Foreign joint-venture specializing in the design and manufacturing of paper felts and all types of industrial felts. Company was founded in March 2007 in a beautiful Industrial Park of Liuxin town, Xuzhou city, Jiangsu province. Our company was built on a land of 300 acres and it plans to invest totally RMB 50 million in the first phase of RMB 35 million for a production capacity of 200 tons of high quality paper felt and 50, 000 square meters of spiral dryer fabric. The first phase has been completed in Oct 2007.
