Yantai Easeful Corduroy Co., Ltd., originated from The First Dyeing & Weaving Mill of Yantai, as one of the main enterprises on corduroy and velveteen in domestic, now becomes an comprehensive backbone enterprise integrated with spinning, weaving , printing and dyeing and garment production. It has three subsidiaries: Easeful Textile Garment Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd.; Ruifeng Printing and dyeing Co., Ltd.; and Tianyuan Textile Co., As one of the first self-run Imp. & Exp. Enterprises in Shandong Province, it has more than 60 years of producing history and 40 years of export history. The company boasts two lines, including pure cotton & stretch corduroy, velveteen and garment with more than 60 arts and 4000 colors. The €œYantai Hill Brand€ corduroy is famous for its solidity, softness, plentiful fur, clear stripe and correct color. The products have been awarded €œHigh Quality Products€ for many times by Shandong Province and the Ministry of the PRC. Such as the art No.3004 corduroy winning €œNational Silver Medal€. With 30, 000 spindles, 520 shuttle weaving machines, 150 rapier weaving machines, the company has a capacity of 20million meters dyeing and finishing. The products such as stretch corduroy and elastic velveteen had got the new product appraisal from China Science Committee, among which the warp and weft stretch corduroy has reached international level. Enjoying a wide and high reputation in the world, the products have been exported to more than 40 countries and regions. With the reform and opening policy and China returning to the WTO, we have build up our mature market system and formed up our stable customers.
