We specialise in producing blisters with 6 years of experience for Toys , Electronics , Medical and Food , Cosmetics, Hardware and other commodities etc. Yichuang Plastic Products Co.Ltd is a green factory with an area of 2000 square meters equipped with 3 high-speed automatic production machines for blisters and 2 other production lines for cylinder and folded unique production line techniques have a capacity of 100 tons of blisters per month. We are equipped with senior excellent vacuum forming engineer, top-ranking operating technicians and administrators. At present, our major equipments include seven groups of automatic high-speed vacuum forming machine, two groups of vacuum forming pattern machine, cutting material stamping machine, electric heating flanging machine and the relevant ancillary equipments such as milling machine, drilling machine and punching machine. We have sophisticated management system so that we can coordinate to meet various needs of the customers from blister pack mold stripping to shipment. Apart from general transparent blister packaging, we also produce various kinds of blister packaging products like golden sheet, color sheet, flock sheet, natural color sheet and environmental protection sheet.
