Established in 2003, after many years hard work, Zhangjiagang Sanlin Flange Forging Co., Ltd has entered into sustained development from small to big scale, from low to high product, from weak to strong economic strength, with total area 80, 000 m2 and 65, 000 m2 of covered area. Equipped with D53K-6300 NC ring rolling machine, 4000 tons pressing machine and 10 meters lathe, we can follow all procedures from raw material purchasecutting heating-ring rolling-heat treatment-machining-UT to final inspection. The maximum diameter of flange can reach to 6.3 meters, the maximum weight of shaft can be 10 tons, and the maximum weight of forged rings can be 15 tons.Sanlin has established complete quality management system, and has gotten the ISO 9001, TUV-PED, BV certificated, and has been GE approved supplier.
