Zhejiang Huanxing Machinery Co. Ltd (a subsidiary of Hangzhou Zhongxing Equipment Co. Ltd, founded in 1989) is a lean manufacturer for customized industrial equipment. We specialize in designing and fabricating chemical equipment such as reactors, containers and pipes, environmental engineering equipment such as sludge treatment system. In addition, we can also act as a consultant for customers in the process of chemical or environmental engineering. We have applied our products extensively into industries among dyestuffs, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, agrochemicals, constructions and wastewater treatment. Located at Xiaoshan Linpu industrial park (China), we have a manufacturing facility of more than 50, 000 m2, together with a staff of 300 employees. We are accreted high-tech enterprise by state government. Our sales revenue is more than 30 million USD each year. Our key customers include Lonsen (China), Kiri (India) and Dystar (Germany). Moreover, our spray drier has even a leading share of 60% in domestic market.As a technology-driven company, we have an outstanding R&D and product or process realization team of intermediate or senior technicians and engineers that make up 20% of total employees. Besides, we have cooperated with well-known academies like Tsinghua University (China) and East China University of Science and Technology in developing new products and technologies for ages. Through our efforts, we have achieved many patents and national awards. In 2007, we succeeded in developing a new integrated system for sludge drying and incineration. It is the first time that all major sludge drying equipment is self-made in China. Our system is accreted by our central and provincial environmental protection authorities; the system achieves a leading technology in China while investment and operating costs of the system are much less than those of imports.
