Our foundry is casting all kinds of ductile and gray iron. We can make mechanical and resin molds. Our monthly tonnage is 250.000 kg. We are experienced for our quality and fast shipping. We are casting iron endshields, flanges, terminal boxes etc. Also we produce serial C safety components and exporting to Europa and many other countries. We have a fully equipped laboratory in terms of quality. In our laboratory, we use destructive inspection, hardness and tensile test, microstructural analysis, spectral analysis, C-Si Control device, tempermeter and thermal analysis devices to check physical and chemical structure. We could track traceability for 5 years.
