Seller issues a 2% Bank Guarantee (BG) as Performance Bond to Buyer to guarantee goods are available upon deposit payment has been made. 9. Seller invites Buyer to view stock & SGS Inspection. Buyer to get Covid-19 swab test and result, valid for at least three (3) days. 10. After stocks viewing/SGS inspection, Buyer will pay the 98% balance of that particular phase or ready batch within 48 hours. 11. Stock collection upon payment clearance.
