Quality Assurance

At BARQSTONE AXIS VENTURE, our Quality Control (QC) process is designed to ensure every shipment of rock phosphate meets the highest international standards. Our dedicated QC team follows a rigorous multi-step protocol, including:

1. Sampling & Inspection
   Raw materials are sampled at various stages — from mining to final packing — using international sampling standards (ISO 3082) to ensure consistency.

2. Laboratory Testing
   Each batch undergoes in-house and third-party testing to verify:

   • P₂O₅ content (e.g., 28%–30%)

   • Moisture level

   • Particle size distribution

   • Impurity analysis (e.g., silica, iron, aluminum)

3. Moisture Control
   Phosphate is dried and conditioned to ensure moisture ≤ 1–2%, reducing clumping and enhancing shelf life.

4. Packaging Integrity Check
   Before dispatch, packaging is inspected for durability, seal strength, and proper labeling to prevent damage or contamination in transit.

5. Third-Party Certifications (on demand)
   For high-value clients, we arrange SGS or Intertek inspection reports to verify the product matches contractual specifications.
