Company Overview B-Oils is a family-owned distillery and processing facility specializing in the production of essential oils, cold-pressed oils, hydrolats, herbal pastes, and oil cakes. Our raw materials come from locally harvested wild and cultivated plants growing in the pristine mountainous regions of the Western Balkans. Essential oils and hydrolats are obtained through vacuum steam distillation, which preserves the natural aromatic and therapeutic properties of each plant. Cold-pressed oils are extracted mechanically, without heat or chemical additives, ensuring the highest level of purity, nutritional value, and natural aroma. As valuable by-products, herbal pastes and oil cakes remain rich in fibers and proteins, suitable for use in cosmetics, animal feed, or natural skincare formulations. From hand-harvesting to the final product, every step of production follows the principle of pure nature — pure oil. Quality Control Process At B-Oils, quality control is implemented at every stage of production — from plant selection to the final product. All raw materials are hand-harvested, sorted, and cleaned to ensure purity before processing. Essential oils and hydrolats are produced by vacuum steam distillation under controlled temperature and pressure to preserve their natural composition. Cold-pressed oils are extracted mechanically, without solvents or heat, and immediately filtered and stored in stainless-steel tanks to prevent oxidation. Each batch is tested for appearance, aroma, moisture, and density, while essential oils undergo GC–MS analysis to verify chemical profiles and purity. All products are stored in dark glass containers in a temperature-controlled environment until packaging. Our quality assurance system guarantees that every product meets high standards of safety, traceability, and authenticity — reflecting our philosophy: pure nature, pure oil.
