It is fundamental and vital in precision machining that the material block is always at the right position. With on-site inspection system, the machines automatically examine the positions, and make adjustments accordingly. This avoids the issues at the early stage, and help save cost and time.

At Boyi precision, we strictly obey the ISO9001:2015 requirements. The quality control staff conducts routine inspections for all parts that are being produced every 2 hours.

To give our customers peace of mind before moving into mass production, we offer First article inspection for die casting orders, and can be specially requested for CNC machining. We will examine the sample part, and provide inspection report with images. We will ship the part for your verification when necessary.
