MINGWEI TEXTILE is specialized in researching and producing knitting denim and woven denim products. The company is located in Wujin Textile Industrial Park of Changzhou city, Jiangsu Province with Yanjiang expressway and Shanghai-Nanjing highway on the north and south, also the famous scenic spot Yancheng is in its neighborhood. It is only 20 km away from Changzhou airport, 120 km from Shanghai Hongqiao airport and 100 km from Nanjing Lukou airport. The prime location greatly facilitated the transportation of our company. With a registered capital of RMB 5 million yuan, and a total investment of 280 million yuan, our factory covers an area of 120 acres and staffed with 500 professional employees. Our company has introduced a whole set of rope-dyeing production line from Morrison company of the US, equipped with advanced leasing machine and cylinder machine. Also we imported the top-notch circular knitting machine from Japan, GT-MAX rapier weaving machine from Belgium, and sizing machine from Szcker of Germany. Besides, we are also equipped with the Morrison production line for singeing, pre-shrinking, mercerizing and finishing of the denim, as well as the setting production line from Taiwan Li Gen Co., Ltd. Our major products include: indigo bobbin yarns, knitting denim and woven denim. Our company is of the professional production scale and independent research capability which enabled us to form an one-stop production line that combines dyeing, knitting and finishing together. Knitting denim is the perfect combination of Centennial Culture of Denim and the excellent feature of knitting fabrics. It has not only the style of woven denim, but also the unique character of knitting fabrics. Its texture is exquisite and fresh, soft and comfortable by touching, elastic and air-permeable. With a wide range of variety, it can be transformed into different styles easily. Being washed in a special way, the surface of the knitting denim will present a delectated pattern, which keeps a great similarity with traditional jeans. Currently, our annual output volume of indigo bobbin yarns and knitting fabrics has reached about 3,000 tons. Woven denim has been leading the trend of new fashions till today. From the preliminary design of colors the latter treatment, we have a group of experts to deal with the whole process. We have adopted the imported dyeing material for priming, and mercerizing the yarns on imported dyeing lines. The standard process of mercerizing, pre-shrinking, coating and shaping enabled our denims to cove more unique elements.
