We are a firm that has a vertical setup of manufacturing. Our primary motive is to satisfy our customers. We are trying our best to fulfill customer requirements, in any field of textiles, yarn, fabrics or made-ups, our first choice is customer's satisfaction. We are exporting our products to Europe, America, Far East, Africa, Australia and Middle Eastern Countries. WEAVING/GREY FABRICS Weaving is the back bone of textile Industry so we have in house setup for all fabrics needs. Our Looms are producing different fabrics articles for 24x7 in a week. We plan to weave as per our business requirements and for regular requirements, we also keep stock from our production to fulfil our client’s demands. We have 96 Auto Looms and 24 Looms of (Model: P: 7100 Air jet) under one premises and we have capacity to produce around 350,000 - 400,000 Meters fabrics per month. By having the weaving setup in our home we can provide our customers with EXACT and best quality. PRINTING Through a specially trained staff of professional helping firms and their state of the art computerized designing CAD stations. We are able to create and modify our creations as well as designs provided by our customers. Our associates are capable of printing 16 Colours on fabric up to width of 300 CM, and repeat sizes ranging from 640 mm to 1200 mm is the best available. Zimmer wide width flatbed panel printing system, which can print repeats up to 3500 mm. DYING/BLEACHING Our associate is a top of the line dyeing unit with one Thermasol and pad steam dyeing, both machines are equipped with Kusters Padders to achieve even and continuous dyeing. This dyeing unit enables us to dye pigment, reactive and VAT. State of an art dyeing lab accompanies our unit. For Bleaching, we are using most advanced tools i.e. Brugman from Holland, Max Goller from Germany.
