Commitment To Quality

1. Sampling and Analysis

Representative samples are taken from each coal batch.Testing is done at accredited laboratories for: Calorific Value (energy content) Ash Content, Moisture Content, Sulphur Levels, Volatile Matter, Fixed Carbon

2. Certification

We partner with international inspection agencies such as SGS and Bureau Veritas to issue third-party quality certificates before shipment.These certificates verify the coal meets the buyer's specifications and export-grade standards.

3. Washed and Sized Coal

Coal is screened and washed to remove impurities like rocks and soil. Sizing ensures consistent particle size (e.g. 0-50mm, 25-50mm) for your industry’s operational needs.

4. Loading Supervision

Independent surveyors supervise loading at ports to prevent contamination, mixing, or loss in transit. Regular checks on moisture and weight ensure accurate invoicing.

5. Documentation & Traceability

Each shipment is accompanied by a full quality dossier, including:

Laboratory reports, Export documents, SGS certification, Bill of Lading, Packing list and invoice
