Started off from a padang restaurant in Bandung which was established from the year 2004, Pak Amril, the owner, often times get massive orders on Rendang from consumers during eid feast, fasting months & even for pilgrimage travelling stock food which motivated him to package the food he sold. Using high quality beef and chosen spices, on the year 2010 he tried on different innovations to get the best premium quality rendang with maintained hygiene of the packaging, and can be stored at a relatively longer time, without having to use chemical preservatives and still preserving that amazing flavor even without MSG. The outcome is this packaged rendang that can be stored up to 459 days.
