We would like to give a brief introduction of our company. Eastman Conveyor Solutions (a group company of EASTMAN IMPEX). Eastman is a leading Manufacturer and Exporter from India for a variety of Tubular, Sheet Metal, Casting, Forging and machined components. The company was established in 1996 and has been accredited with ISO 9001:2015. Our all plants are certified for quality management system and our welding process is certified ISO 3834, EN 1090 from SLV Mannheim Germany and DIN 18800-7. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with modern technology for FORGING, FABRICATION, MACHINING & ALL GRADE SAND CASTING. We have machines including CNC, VMC, HMC, Pipe bending, Mechanical presses, Hydraulic presses, laser cutting and plasma cutting machines. We also have in-house robotic welding for precise welding. For finishing of products we are well equipped with Hot Dip galvanizing plant, Paint Shop and Automated powder coating facility. We have in -house Research and Development team, along with equipped lab facilities like CMM , Contour, Hardness testing, Spectrometer, UTM, Salt Spray test, Micro structure etc. We are considered as one of the reputed companies of India and our wide range of products includes: 1.
