(f) The buyer will only pay the seller for gold that has been assayed and listed on the PMMC Invoice Assay Report (No-Random Sample Tests and No- Partial Deliveries will be accepted or paid for) (g) Immediately after the buyer accepts the assa, or better purity, PMMC will transfer and release the total cash amount as payment in full, into the seller bank account.
