CIF PROCEDURE:OPTION A1. Seller and buyer sign SPA, and both submitted to their Banks. Buyer return the signed contract with his port of discharge details /NOR/ETA format.2. Seller shall provide buyer with loaded cargo documents as aforementione, POP documents. Buyer confirm sellers POP documents and instruct his Bank to issue to Sellers Bank MT760 blocked funds or BG for the full cargo via: Swift through Sellers corresponding Bank (CITI BANK NEW YORK, USA).3. Within 48hours of Sellers confirmation of the buyers MT760 blocked funds reserved for the transaction, the cargo 2/4,000,000 Barrels Bonny light crude oil will be officially reassigned as the consignee of the cargo by the officers in Marine and Shipping Department of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Bonny Terminal (proof of products) the complete full set of original shipping documents in favor of the Buyer including:a) Original and 3 Copies of Commercial Invoice.b) Full Set of 3 Original and non-negotiable Copies of Bill of Lading.c) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Certificate of Quantity.d) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Certificate of Quality.e) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Certificate of Origin.f) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Masters Receipt of Samplesg)1 Original and 3 Copies for Masters Receipt of each one-copy documenth) 1 Original Ullage Report issued at loading Terminal.i) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Cleanliness SGS Report at loading Port.J.) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Customs clearance certificatek.) 1 Original and 3 Copies Certificate of Ownership & Warranty of Title.m) Authorization Letter to sell issue to the Buyern) Copy of charter party Agreement (CPA)o) Dip Test Letter of Authorization4. Seller notifies Buyer with copies within (48 hours) following the Agreement upon confirmation of the reassignment of the cargo, then Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation issue to the buyer and Managers/owners of the vessel formal written permission to the buyer to speak with the Captain.5. Seller notifies Buyer with the vessel particulars/ crew list (Q88) and Latitude/ Longitude with master official written confirmation to the buyer. 6. Buyer confirms the vessel with the owners/Managers and opens full communication with the Captain upon confirmation Captain Issue Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to buyer port of discharge to receive notifications from buyer port. The vessel Sails to the buyer port of destination to discharge the products.7. Payment for the products will be made through Sellers commercial invoice acOPTION B1. Buyer and Seller sign and seal this Contract including banking coordinates and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail and deposited with their banks. The electronic signed copy by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.2. Buyers bank sends a Swift message MT199 to Sellers bank requesting confirmation regarding the sellers banks readiness to place a revolving 2% P.B. as buyers bank places a non-operative SBLC in favor of seller, revolving monthly for the same quantity and amount x 12 months with possible rollovers and extensions.3. Sellers bank responds via Swift message MT199 confirms to Buyers bank their readiness to place the revolving 2% P.B. upon receipt of the Non- operative SBLC.3. Upon receipt of Sellers Bank SWIFT response, Buyers bank issues a revolving non-operative SBLC by swift to sellers bank and sellers bank activates it with the revolving 2% P.B. to Buyers bank, in favor of the Buyer.4. Seller loads and issues complete cargo documents to buyer and sellers vessel issues marine NOR to buyers harbor Master.5. Sellers vessel commences voyage to buyers nominated destination port.6. Upon successful conclusion of the above, seller transfers all original shipping/cargo documents to the buyer and hand-over same to the buyer/buyers bank as the case may be.7. Payments are now released by MT103 (SWIFT transfer) into nominated bank accounts of the seller and all agents/facilitators respectively.OPTION C1. Buyer and seller execute, sign and seal the agreement and exchange copies via facsimile or electronic mail. The electronically transmitted copy signed and sealed by both parties shall be considered legally binding and enforceable. Hard-copy instruments are not necessary, but can be at the buyer or sellers request.2. Buyer issues a SWIFT MT799 POF covering the total quantity for the product per shipment in this agreement (Verbiage attached).3. Seller loads and issues complete cargo documents to buyer and sellers vessel issues marine NOR to buyers habour Master.4. Upon confirmation of buyers instrument, sellers vessel commences voyage to buyers nominated destination port. 5. Upon successful conclusion of the above, seller transfers all original shipping/cargo documents to the buyer and hand-over same to the buyer/buyers bank as the case may be.6.
