Good morning, F.lli Castellino is a company that has been established in the Cunese region of Italy for 30 years. In parallel to the fresh market, it has developed chestnut-based products such as chestnut flour, chestnut flakes, dried chestnuts also in grain and frozen chestnut puree. We are also producers of frozen fruit (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and ramassin plums). Most of these references are available in organic as well as conventional versions. As far as chestnut flour and flakes are concerned, we would like to point out that we only process chestnuts in our factories and therefore there are no traces of residues from other processes. Furthermore, as we work a lot with Northern Europe, we constantly check that the level of aflatoxins does not exceed the permitted values.
