Michael Lim, sole proprietor of Gel-Green Enterprise has initiated to online trading with the shift of conventional business towards e-Commerce. According to reliable statistics, in Malaysia alone online retail has rose by more than a fifth last year. So to say we have embraced a positive view towards online trading business. As we have approached local manufacturers and traders in various range of products from health foods, Halal foods, hi-tech synthetic lubricants, foodstuff, etc, In due course GEL-GREEN would be offering more products and/or services on this platform.Currently, we have sourced from our local business partners for products such as BBQ Halal Meat, Bird Nest, Health Immune-Boosting Supplements and Halal Pastries. Other products would be in the pipeline such as Hi-Tech Synthetic Lubricants with specific properties definations and Health-Aids Accessories for Lumbar / Spinal support for drivers and other groups of users.Before Mr Lim's retirement from active work, he was Managing Director of Pembinaan Consortia Sdn Bhd, a design and building contractor since 13th October 1990. Mr Lim graduated with a Diploma in Building Construction from a local institution and had been working with the Farlim Group of Companies (now Farlim (M) Bhd. for more than 20 years. His multitude experience in the building industry stemmed from the time when he was still a student. After graduation, he started his career with the root company of the now Farlim (M) Berhad, a public-listed company on the KLSE Main Board Listing. With his vast experience in the field of construction, he had managed to secure and managed several successful projects that were undertaken by Consortia under his helm.Consortia, then, was committed to leadership in design and construction of quality homes and buildings whether commercial or residential. The team of specialised and experienced professionals offered a total package from budget and estimation, design for sound super-structural works, architectural design and construction of main building to completion of internal finishes of superb design and quality. The Organisation was involved in sales, design & engineering, purchasing, planning, project control and finance. The Executive Management had co-ordinated among all departments and closely monitored all enquiries, quotations, contracts and site progress.Due to the demise of 2 shareholders and directors, Michael has now ventured out on his own with `GEL-GREEN ENTERPRISE' being registered in 2017. Apart from being hands-on on e-Commerce, he would also offer his services on design, construction and development based on green initiatives and renewable energy.
