We are a leading manufacturer of LVL, OSB and wood pellets, prefabricated wood houses manufacturer, located in Central Russia. Our company was established in 2005 and we own 550.000 hectares of renewable logging forest area located in central European region of Russia. Our company pays much attention to the quality of our products, thats why we are approved by main international organizations and testing our product on the different stages of the production. Ultralam production implements state-of-the-art technology continuous pressing with microwave preheating which improves bonding quality and gives new, uniform, high strength material. Another advantage of this technology is the possibility to produce LVL billets of any length. Coniferous and hardwood wood species are used for LVL Ultralam production. LVL Utralam is an engineered wood product with physical and mechanical properties surpassing solid timber and glulam, produced in the form of boards and billets of several types of veneer orientation and grade with a wide range of sizes. Waste-Free Production: Environmentally friendly Ultralam OSB-3 and Ultralam OSB-4: RAW materials: 60% of spruce and pine, 40% of aspen logged from the Northwest forests of Russia; Adhesives: PMDi, PMDi and MUF; Specification: thickness: 6-40 mm, max. width: 2, 800 mm, length 6, 200 mm.
