JSMIM is a professional Titanium Metal Injection Molding company in China, committed to developing and producing high-quality complex titanium MIM parts.

After years of exploration and research, JSMIM believes that, with the continued growth of industry globally, titanium alloy products offering lower weight, excellent surface and biocompatibility will be widely used in the field of consumer electronics and automotive production. However, the production cost of titanium parts with these properties manufactured using conventional technologies is very high. Titanium alloy has poor thermal conductivity and is difficult to machine, which has limited its potential application areas.

JSMIM has been developing MIM titanium and titanium alloy materials and processes and is committed to bringing Titanium Metal Injection Molding (TiMIM) to maturity and mass production. It is also increasing its production of titanium and titanium alloy micro parts.
