Ltd. is India's leading manufacturer of custom-designed input devices such as Membrane keyboards, Capacitive sensing keyboards (Capacitive keyboards), Vandal-resistant keyboards (metal keyboards), Silicone rubber keyboards (Elastomer keyboard), and Industrial labels (facia plates). We have spread our wings into Printed Electronics as well. We have developed various sensors, heaters, and wearable electronics products through printed technology. We develop these devices in a state-of-the-art, climatically controlled manufacturing facility at Mankoli, Thane in the outskirts of Mumbai. Customer requirements varying from prototypes to production quantities are met with unflinching dedication by our team of qualified employees. Our products find applications in diverse areas such as the medical sector, industrial equipment, pharmaceutical machines, consumer electronics, vending machines, kiosks machines, defense equipment, and automobile industries. Our company is led by a dynamic Managing Director Mr. Paul Malpan. After completing his Engineering degree, Mr. Paul Malpan spent 8 fruitful years in research and development in a leading electronic enterprise. This rich industry experience gave him the impetus to launch Linepro Controls Private Ltd. Commencing with basic PCB design in 1993, Linepro Controls graduated into manufacturing membrane keyboards in 1998. The membrane keyboard factory was set up in Vartak Nagar, Thane in 2003. Further, in 2004 the EL Lamp was successfully developed and launched. The Vandal Resistant Keyboard manufacturing commenced in 2007. In 2010 a new manufacturing facility was set up in Mankoli, Thane on the outskirts of Mumbai. This is a state-of-the-art, climatically controlled factory with a 10000 Sq.ft area. In 2017 we started a Research & Development center exclusively to move ahead with new systems and technology. In 2020 increased our facility to 20000 Sq.ft and with a 10000 class clean room for printing Dept. Also installed fully automatic roll to roll printing machine for large production. We have proved our credentials in designing & developing the following technology: Capsense Technology. Haptic technology. Wearable technology. Printed Electronics. HMI devices. GPS GSM-based systems. RFID-based systems. Recognition systems.
