The main fractions obtained as a result of separation: 0.5 μm, 1 μm, 3 μm, 5 μm, 10 μm and further with a pitch of 10 μm with very narrow curve of the particles sizes distribution. Produced in dry form; do not contain fluorine and other chemical surfactants. They are ideal as a basis for production of polishing compositions, suspensions, emulsions, pastes and so. The suspensions shall be supplied in accordance with customer's requests and specifications.
