I would like to introduce you to our company “Lydia Stone” a company that has been in the marble business for the past 13 years. The goal of the company is to become a reliable supplier of high quality marble products in the international market through continuous investments, maximum utilization of raw material and experienced staff, and at the same time respecting the natural environment, and also following strict safety rules during all stages of production. The factory is located at the 14th klm. From Drama to Kavala central road in Northern Greece, and is equipped with the newest machinery of cutting-edge technology that allows the production of high quality products with speed and efficiency. The company also has a Quarry which is situated in the area of Pirgon Dramas, this Quarry produces a fine white marble which has both veins and/or spots of grey/or brown color. Always following the mountain’s slope and the areas that seemingly have the healthiest marble deposits, the method we use of quarrying in benches that follow a scaled development is applied, with the goal of maximizing production in quantity, as well as in quality. To re-locate the marble blocks extracted from the company’s Quarry to an area that is easier to access “Especially during winter time” as well as to be able to handle the blocks, (remove soil, classify, weight, load) We have built a Branch Office measuring 26, 000 square meters which is located at the 14th klm Drama to Nevrokopi Road. The relocation of the blocks also enables the company to provide the customers with Excellent quality services since they can inspect goods which have already been cleaned and properly treated, with no time limitation.
