It all began in 1990 when a group of friends with deep technological knowledge began to dream big and decided to take action. Three years later, they founded Memco Software Ltd. What began as a kitchen table start-up ballooned into a publicly-traded company on the NASDAQ stock exchange and was later acquired for $550m.
