I am Trying to stop payment on a reversed refund to VISA card x-2488 Card was put in trash by me not knowing about reverse refund . I worked awfully hard negotiating thru e-mails for weeks from a scam. I was Given 100% refund. But Will never receive it . What are my options? I hope you understand and trust me in good faith.
