We are a leading supplier of extruded aluminium products in the GCC region with offices in Dubai, and Muscat. We are interested to supply Aluminium for your requirements. . National Aluminum Products Company known as NAPCO was established in the year 1984 in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman as a publicly listed joint stock company in Muscat Securities Market. The company is the first and only corporate entity in the aluminum extrusions industry and the first public-private joint venture in this sector. Headquarters and manufacturing facilities of the company are in Muscat, Oman. The company has regional sales offices in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Europe and India. y. The Company has an impressive track record of supply of aluminum for many landmark projects in the UAE which include Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Design district, Emirates Towers etc. to name a few. Yet another milestone was Aluminum supplied to ‘Mirrah Project’ in Oman which is the largest solar project in Oil and Gas Sector in the GCC. We work with leading fabricators, design houses and international system suppliers in façade industry. Some of the latest projects which we are doing include ICD Brookfield complex, Abu Dhabi Airport Midfield Terminal, Royal Atlantis, Bahrain International Airport, Mankhool Mixed Use Project, Dubai Metro 2020, Jewel of the Creek etc. to name a few. NAPCO clients are spread across all the GCC countries and Africa. The company also exports to India through its regional office in Mumbai. The Company is ISO 9001 certified for management and is the first company in GCC aluminum extrusion industry to get ISO certification. For extrusions, we follow British EN standards for tolerances and alloy chemistry. We are also compliant with American ASTM standards, namely ASTM B221 for alloy chemistry. Our surface treatment facilities including powder coating and anodizing are certified to use Qualicoat and Qualanod Quality Labels. The company has one vertical powder coating line (Intermetal Italy) and one horizontal powder coating line (ERCON-UK). The horizontal powder coating unit is qualified with Qualicoat Seaside Label, which is a certification for supply powder coating for coastal humid environments. Powder coatings on aluminum are susceptible to filiform corrosion in seaside areas due to the high humidity in the region. By doing a pre-treatment anodizing with 3 micron thickness before coating, our horizontal line ensures that powder coatings are durable against this type of corrosion. NAPCO is the only extrusion company in the GCC with this capability. Sustainability and environmental protection are important to our management philosophy. All powder coatings done at NAPCO are environment friendly, chromate free. We also supply green aluminium which is recycled aluminium and helps in getting material approval credits in LEED and other green building standards such as Al Safat and Estidama. We understand the project timelines involved in completion and support our customers with timely deliveries of essential profiles to ensure that fabrication goes on smoothly.
