Nutrican Inc. has been well known for being a premium supplier of natural edible seal oil, a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids, since 2000. Our location gives us access to the world's largest seal population. Our local and overseas contracted "toll service processor" processes crude seal oil purchased directly from local suppliers in the region and ships the finished products to the rest of Canada and overseas. Our unique process has evolved to incorporate some of the latest and best oil processing technologies. With accumulated years of experience and knowledge of seal fat's intrinsic characteristics, we can continually provide our customers with the highest quality edible seal oil. Seal Oil Marine Lipids Our Harp Seal oil is the ideal blend of naturally occurring essential fatty acids, including DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid), DPA (Docosapentaenoic acid) and EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid), which are vital for maintaining the integrity of the human cell membrane. Seal oil is more easily digested and better assimilated than other sources of Omega-3, making it a better source of Omega-3 than causes such as fish or flaxseed oil.
