I would like to introduce more about our factory to you.It has a complete set of mechanical equipment from aluminum extrusion to deep processing. The process includes extrusion, aging, cold drawing, sawing, drilling, tapping, deburring, shrinking, stamping, polishing, and drawing. , sand blasting, plastic shaping, CNC machining, car/milling, aluminum welding and oxidation coloring, powder coating, fluorocarbon coating surface treatment, etc. Products include industrial aluminum alloy profiles, architectural decorative aluminum alloy profiles, aluminum alloy profiles for doors and windows, aluminum ladders, radiators, furniture fittings, various handles and other parts/accessories. Our equipments :extrude machining,CNC milling machine, CNC lathing,Punching machine,bending machine, cold drawn and so on. The factory covers a total area of about 8000square meters. And the annual output is about US$5 million . We mainly produce different kinds of aluminum items according to the drawing or sample.A lot of customers has been cooperating with our factory since our factory set up.
