Our Copper/Brass Fitting & Insert range has wide application in Plumbing fittings, Gas Fittings, Hose Fitting, Compression fittings, Heating & HVAC fittings. Right from procurement of raw material from quality importer to dispatch of goods, all the production facilities are inhouse. This provides us flexibility to manufacture different products with material grades and different production processes. • We have inhouse Casting facility with quality testing equipment including spectrographic machine to maintain material grade • With extrusion press we have leverage to produce any grade material with any shape and size at required time. • Our production area includes machines like Forging machines of low & high capacity, Hollow Forging, CNC Machines, VMC Machines, Special Purpose Machines for high production rate, Generic Machines to assist general operations. • Testing Machines for specific products have such requirements. • Die and tool room to assist production facility. • Quality Control instruments to control production processes and providing better end product. • defined storage area, Packing Area, and Technical Team with sound knowledge to run complete facility. All our products are made with Requested or relevant Country Standards. Most of our products are made through forging process to add extra durability and life span. We value our customer’s demand. At Oricon Impex we design and develop new products as per customers’ requirements and modifications. On an average we develop 20-30 products per month.
