Our Quality Control Process

We follow a strict and multi-step quality control process to ensure our custom patches meet the highest standards:

1. Artwork & Design Review
   Every order begins with a thorough review of the customer’s design to ensure it is suitable for embroidery, PVC, or woven patches. We provide a digital mockup for client approval before production.

2. Material Inspection
   We use only high-quality threads, PVC materials, backing options (Velcro, iron-on, sew-on), and dyes. All raw materials are checked for consistency and durability before use.

3. Pre-Production Sampling
   A physical sample or pre-production patch is created (upon request or for bulk orders) for quality and color verification. This ensures the client is satisfied before mass production.

4. In-Process Monitoring
   Our production team supervises every step of manufacturing to ensure accuracy in stitching, color matching, borders, and overall appearance.

5. Final Inspection
   Each patch is carefully checked by our quality assurance team to ensure:

   • Correct size and shape

   • Accurate colors and design alignment

   • Strong and clean stitching (for embroidery)

   • No defects or damage

   • Proper backing attachment

6. Packaging & Shipping Check
   Patches are neatly packed and checked again before dispatch to ensure the correct quantity and protection during shipping.
