We implemented a Quaity Management System (QS) In accordance with 509001:2005, We closely manage our documentation processes. We train and monior al employees so they understand the importance of maintaining the same high standards throughout ‘every aspect of their jobs. We review our SO certification every year by Bureau Vertas (BV), and continual look for ways to improve our QMS. Our goals to manage our business so we are always abl to offer the most competiive prices in our product category. We implemented an Enterprise Resource Planing (ERP) program in order o better manage our supply chain. This provides us with significantly oreater efficiencies which result in ower costs which we can then pass along to our customers. We develop and maintain very close and stable relationships with our key raw material suppliers. This postions us as a valuable premium pariner which gains us greater access to higher quay raw materials and also ensures we'l receive hose goods atlower costs. We are deeply commited to implementing new technologies to optimize our cost basis. We are especialy proud of our team of dedicated workers, most of whom joined our company earl on and brought wih them a wealth of knowledge and manufacturing experience. We believe we are one of the easiest factories nthe couniy to work with and we pride ourselves on our prompt and good communication ski.
