Claus Catalyst Alumina is an improved sulfur recovery catalyst. White spherical particles, insoluble in water and organic solvents, soluble in strong acid and alkali solutions, hygroscopic in the air, and will not swell or crack after absorbing water.
The intrinsic Claus reaction activity and sulfation resistance of the Al2O3-based catalyst of this product, as well as the activity and stability after "mild aging" treatment and "severe aging" treatment are higher than those of Al2O3 catalysts currently used in industry.
