Cocoa Shells

Cocoa shells are the outer layer of cocoa beans, which are the seeds of the cacao tree. After the cocoa beans are harvested and processed to extract cocoa nibs, the shells are left behind. These shells are then typically roasted and sometimes ground into smaller pieces. Cocoa shells have a rich, aromatic scent reminiscent of chocolate and are often used in various applications.
