Microbulk tanks have a very similar structure with vacuum insulated storage tanks, comprising double layers/shells (stainless steel & carbon steel), vacuum insulation, storing the gas in liquid form at very low temperature under low pressure, and suitable for multiple types of gases. Meanwhile, microbulk systems integrate a small air heated vaporizer to enable the output of gas directly.
