Ring Joint Gasket

Metal jacketed gaskets are made by filling flexible graphite, ceramic fiber, PTFE, asbestos and non-asbestos boards, and then wrapping them with thin metal sheets of various materials such as stainless steel, tinplate, and red copper. They are particularly suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure sealing parts of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, etc. They effectively prevent the disintegration of the gasket and the erosion of the medium, and also improve the pressure resistance. They are especially suitable for sealing large-diameter pressure vessels such as heat exchangers, gas pipelines, reactors, cylinder heads, and boilers.
