Application

1. Concrete Water Reducing Agent
It is a powdery low air entraining retarding and water reducing agent. It belongs to anionic surfactant. It can adsorb and disperse cement and improve various physical properties of concrete. Reduce water consumption by more than 13%, improve the workability of concrete, and greatly reduce the hydration heat at the initial stage of cement hydration. It can be compounded into early strength agent, retarder, antifreeze, pumping agent, etc. the liquid admixture compounded with naphthalene superplasticizer basically has no precipitation. After adding sodium lignosulfonate into the concrete, the hydrophobic group of the water reducing agent is directionally adsorbed on the surface of the cement particles, and the hydrophilic group points to the aqueous solution to form a single molecule or multi molecule adsorption membrane, so that the cement particles are dispersed due to the mutual exclusion of the same surface charges, and excess water is released from the particles to achieve the purpose of water reduction. At the same time, because the surface tension of water and the interfacial tension between cement particles are reduced, the water consumption is reduced accordingly while maintaining the same fluidity, which also plays the role of water reduction. Water reducing agent can greatly reduce the hydration of concrete, reduce the porosity and increase the compactness of concrete, so as to greatly improve the strength and impermeability of concrete.
2. CWS Additives Adding this product in the process of preparing coal water slurry can improve the output of high mill, maintain the normal condition of pulping system, reduce pulping power consumption, increase the concentration of coal water slurry, reduce oxygen consumption and coal consumption, improve the efficiency of cold gas, reduce the viscosity of coal water slurry and achieve certain stability and fluidity.

6. As Dilution Dispersant & Viscosity Reducer In Drilling Improve the fluidity of crude oil transportation and reduce energy consumption. In petroleum products, it is used as cleaning agent, dispersant, high alkaline additive, antirust agent, antistatic agent, emulsion viscosity reducer, wax elimination and anti wax agent, etc.

Usage

(1) For Sodium lignin water reducer, recommended amount in the concrete cement (weight) of 0.2% 0.6%, the user should determine the optimal dosage through the experiment. Sodium lignosulfonate can be used as liquid.
(2) The effect of Sodium lignosulphonate is significant when compound with naphthalene high-performance water reducer. the user should determine the optimal dosage through the experiment.
