Universal Bottom Hole Orientation (UBHO) Subs and Mule Shoe Subs
Our Universal Bottom Hole Orientation (UBHO) subs, which is often referred to as Mule Shoe Subs, are manufactured from high quality AISI 4145-modified fully heat treated alloy steel or non magnetic material like P530,P550 to provide a non magnetic environment for drill string.
UBHO subs are designed to allow mud flow while directional equipment is seated within the sleeve. Mule Shoe subs are designed to be used when pumps are turned off while directional equipment is seated within the sleeve.
The sizes available are 4-3/4, 6-1/2, 6-3/4, 8in.
