Purchase procedure: 1st: signature of NCNDA, 2nd: Sending of LOI with
signature, stamp and bank details of the buyer, 3rd: ICPO with signature,
stamp and bank details of the buyer. NCNDA, LOI and ICPO in this procedure there is no FCO, once the documents have been sent and the client has confirmed, the seller sends the SPA.
