 Payment method: Payment will be made in the currency of US DOLLARS, made through a 100 % confirmed, irrevocable; Transferable Standby Letter of Credit SBLC MT 760 issued or confirmed by renowned bank/Top Prime bank per shipment bases or monthly.

 Purchase procedure: 1st: signature of NCNDA, 2nd: Sending of LOI with

signature, stamp and bank details of the buyer, 3rd: ICPO with signature,

stamp and bank details of the buyer. NCNDA, LOI and ICPO in this procedure there is no FCO, once the documents have been sent and the client has confirmed, the seller sends the SPA.
