RFQ Description

I would like 5,000 pieces of a rectangular shaped clam shell eye glass cases. They need to be roughly 153 mm long x 85 mm wide x 58 mm in height. Would also like a felt drawstring baggy to place our glasses in before placing into provided cases. Would like the top of the case to be printed with our logo info as per sample in picture.
