Dear Sir/Madam, I'm looking for "Tractors" with the following specifications: AS DESCRIBED BELOW: 1.0 Technical Specifications: General 1.1 Heavy duty Frame with accessories to enable attachment of mentioned implements (trailer) 1.2 Engine Power ( rated – Continuous work): Min. 12 HP / 8.8 kW 1.3 Engine Type: Single Cylinder Diesel 1.4 Engine Starting Device: Hand cranking 1.5 Air Cleaner: Heavy duty type 1.6 Cooling system: Radiator or similar 1.7 Clutch: Single Dry Plate 1.8 Gearbox: Min 6 Forward and 2 Reserve Gears 1.9 Reserve gear fitted with safety device to prevent gear engagement when rotavator is working 1.10 Transmission: Gear drive in oil bath 1.11 Fitted with differential lock or similar 1.12 Steering brakes: Differential/lockable type 1.13 Brakes: Drum type 1.14 Handle Bar Steering: Fitted with full controls and height/swivel adjustment, with shock absorbing mount 1.15 Pneumatic drive wheels: Fitted with 6.50/80 x 12 (4PR) types similar 1.16 Drive wheels to have adjustable track 1.17 Ground Clearance: min. 210 mm 1.18 Working Weight, including trailer: Approx. 350kg 2.0 Technical Specifications: Engine 2.1 Rated power: 12 HP (8.8 Kw) 2.2 Fuel type: Diesel 2.3 Displacement: 815 cm3 app. 2.4 Rate speed: 2000mrpm app. 2.5 Specific fuel consumption: 250g/kWh 3.0 Technical Specifications: Trailer 3.1 Single axle trailer with one point link to tractor 3.2 Load weight: 100 kg app. 3.3 Wheel base: 2645 mm 3.4 Frame weight: 360 kg app. 3.5 Overall dimensions ( L x W x H): 2000 x 1500 x 500 mm 4.0 Manuals: 4.1 One operator's handbook and Manuel in English must be supplied for each set ( tractor and implement), preferably both in hardcopy. 4.2 The cost of the Manuela must be included in the price 5.0 Spare parts: 5.1 A list of Manufacturer's recommended, fast-moving service and wearing spare parts for 2 years of operation must be submitted for each set ( tractor and implement). The list must be individually itemised, costed and submitted with your bid. The list must include filters, gaskets, belts, blades for the rotavator and any other fast-moving spare parts. 6.0 Assembly, inspection and after sales service: 6.1 Supply the name, address and telephone/fax/mobile number of your service agents 6.2 Before hand-over to the end users in KOREA the supplier must undertake assembly and PDI commissioning. The Tractors must be made available fully assembled and ready to use 6.3 The cost of pre-delivery inspection must be included in the bid price 7.0 Warranty: 7.1 A full and clear manufacturer's warranty statement transferable with the ownership of the equipment (LIG or end-user) must be submitted with your bid detailing the terms and conditions that are being offered.
