Buying Rough Diamonds

RFQ Description

I am an end buyer of Rough Diamonds from Kimberly Process Member Countries I do not negotiate with brokers or intermediaries, I have my procedures for purchase as outlined belowR.A.P Diamonds shall only purchase from suppliers who have completed the supplier registration form.R.A.P Diamonds utilises its internally designed rough purchase price listing, this listing has been designed to standardise purchase costing through out its African Continent buying offices.R.A.P Diamonds shall in no way shape manner or form pay upfront fees.Viewing of stock shall only be conducted in Governmentally licensed venues.R.A.P Diamonds will register a buying office within the country of origin.R.A.P Diamonds will apply for its own Alluvial rough diamond dealer and exporter licensing.R.A.P Diamonds will utilise its own designated banking services to conduct payments.R.A.P Diamonds will provide its internal gemmologists to evaluate, sort and grade each consignment.R.A.P Diamonds will apply for its own Kimberly Process Certification from the country of origin Kimberly Process Certification Scheme governing body, this is due to KPC fraud.R.A.P Diamonds will pay the supplier directly via EFT on a F.O.B basis there shall be no cash payments made at all.R.A.P Diamonds shall conduct comprehensive Due Diligence on all suppliers to ensure total compliance with Country of Origin legislation as well as with the Kimberly Process Rulings and Governance.
