I have seen a decrease in quality since the new cloth-like outer disposable baby diapers were invented. Though, the US has made all disposable diapers conform to the new outer material for environmental reasons, I still question all of the other waste from plastic products. Our medical field relies on plastics for all of its supplies today & the adult diapers are still made of the plastic outer covering with tapes.
