Good day, A close associate company is procuring large-volume orders of HMS 1&2 for Chinese smelters. They are currently searching for more supply,in quantities of at least 10,000mt per month. Product has to have AQSIQ certification, with first time orders of up to 30,000 MT, CIF Qingdao (please let us know if you can only do FOB your port.) Payment terms are: non-transferable L/C (MT703) payable 100% (50% at loading and remaining 50% at unloading). There is some flexibility, depending on yard visit, etc. With the offer, could you please give me some information as to how close you are to the supply? Is this your yard, your material? Are you an agent for the seller? Are pictures possible? Please give me as much information as possible. Im more than happy, in turn, to put out an LOI with all of the buyers information, but weve made the qualifications more stringent. As well as the basic information above, the seller has to be able to provide the following after they receive the LOI. There is no sense in me sending one, and forwarding a good deal of company information, unless they agree to supply the following:After LOI, seller is to provide: 1- FCO with clear port of loading and payment terms. To reiterate, in to payment terms, we ask to start with 50/50 LC/TT (half at loading port, half at unloading. This is negotiable, but only for good reason.) 2- Signed ICC warning letter. 3- Updated photos of stock, with date or daily newspaper within the photo. (Some complain about this, but it goes a long way to validate the offer.) 4- Company registration, ownership license for material, export license (Or AQSIQ) If we can receive all of the above after our LOI, then well make the next move. We eagerly look forward to working with you. Best regards,Andrew ShevtsovMoscow Exports, *******@*****.com
